Client
The Shilla’s V-chat is a UI refine, management and development project that I had the opportunity to work on as the lead designer while working at Tripath Inc.
​
This customer management and support system collaborates with interactive video call and messaging features of Tripath Inc.’s customer - The Shilla Duty Free, an affiliate company of Samsung. They're a top travel retailer, providing a selection of more than 1,300 well-known brands in fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, perfumes, watches, and more.
My Responsibilities
In this project, over the course of 4 months, I took on UI/UX design responsibilities, along with a leadership role for about one month. My key tasks included:

Developed a design system in Figma based on previous design deliverables from the Tripath Korea team in Sketch.

Designed the system based on wireframes and content from the Business Development (BD) team.

Communicated and worked closely with the in-house and overseas project managers, as well as the BD team and engineering team, to fulfil the design requirements.

Led, managed, recruited and trained a team of 2-3 interns and junior designers to complete the project in a timely manner.
